Solutions

As we recognize the importance of trusted advisors to businesses, we have built our business around the fundamental principle that partners are an essential part of our ability to succeed in the market. Partners understand their customers, understand the solutions available and do an excellent job in bringing them together.

We have had a strong pedigree for developing solutions for 'through-partner' delivery and have over 5000 resellers and service partners both operating in our own brand and/or under the brand of our partners.

In a market being over-hyped about the onset of Cloud computing it can be challenging for Resellers, Systems Integrators and IT Consultancies to be confident in which technology and business model is best fitted for their organisation that will adapt with this market transition. With the advance of SaaS based cloud solutions there is also a real threat being raised as to who truly owns the customer relationship in the future when a lot of solutions could get automated between the vendor/provider and the end user direct? Whilst we do not believe the market will ever go fully online as on-premise solutions are still fit for purpose in many areas, how could the various SaaS solutions work together to deliver an effective business solution to the End User?

To that end we believe that no matter what technical developments may arise, one truth remains – "People buy solutions from people they trust". Rise is committed to under-pinning this proven philosophy by providing solutions that operate through partners and not around them.

Rise 'DataCenter on Demand' (DCoD) enables partners to supply, manage and operate virtual data centers for its customers, and to enable customers to provision a range of managed and unmanaged services such as web hosting, email, storage, back-up and ecommerce into their choice of private or shared facilities. As it is hosted, it is agile, scalable and highly cost effective. Through DCoD, partners can easily compete and operate in both on-premise and in-Cloud or hosted models, retaining their trusted advisor status in a changing market and extending their service portfolio to their customer base.
